Terms of service

Last updated November 2026. Draft: review before launch.

The service

Advantage Leads emails you a weekly list of construction jobs in the city you sign up for, filtered by the trades and distance you choose. Job information is compiled from publicly available sources and can be late, incomplete or wrong. We are not affiliated with any city government and don't guarantee any job or outcome.

Free trial and billing

Your first two weekly emails are free. After that, the service costs $49 a month per city, billed through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing link in your receipt; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

How you use the leads

You're responsible for how you contact property owners and builders, including following federal, state and local rules on calls, texts, emails, mail and door-to-door solicitation. Don't resell or republish the lists.

Changes

We may change these terms or the price with 30 days' notice by email.
